Who's Behind This

I'm Solomon Lowe.

For the past 9 years, I have helped leaders build the systems, structures, and leadership capacity required to turn vision into execution. Much of that work involved developing leaders, creating accountability systems, and building organizations that could perform without relying on a single person.

Over time, I began noticing the same pattern across founder-led companies: growth would slow not because of strategy, effort, or talent, but because too much of the organization still depended on the founder.

Today, I work with founders of Digital Agencies and SaaS companies who have built something valuable but find themselves carrying the weight of decisions, execution, and accountability that their team should own.

Alongside that experience, I am completing an MBA in Production Engineering at Poli USP, where I study systems, constraints, process design, and organizational leverage.
